| Steps in the Design Process: Outlined below are steps we try to follow to keep an excellent line of communication with our customers. Please feel free to call or email at any time during the design process if something is unclear. We strive to exceed customer's satisfaction. | |||||||||
| 1. What are your Needs? We would love to help you meet your Graphic Design, Web Design, Advertising and Marketing needs! Please fill out our short Quote Worksheet for us to better understand your needs. After receiving the worksheet via email or mail, we will contact you and set up a meeting in person or by phone. | |||||||||
| 2. Follow Up Consultation: Our Free Consultation will allow for Painted Pony Design and yourself to get acquainted, come up with some basic ideas and discuss what project(s) we will be focusing on. We will base our Estimate directly on this information so try to be as informative as possible. | |||||||||
| 3. Estimate/Quote: Painted Pony Design will present an Estimate/Quote to the prospective customer estimating the cost of the project you would like. The customer will accept or reject the Estimate by signature or email confirmation. 1/2 of the total cost of the Estimate will be due at this time before we can start on the project. | |||||||||
| 4. Collection of Materials: The customer will provide some information, text, logo (if they have one) and graphics/pictures for Painted Pony Design to include in the project. The information should be as organized as possible and either saved on a CD or Flashdrive or directly sent by email with a note to explain what the items are. After receiving all the materials Painted Pony Design will create a draft or layout of your project. Please allow for 7-10 days, depending on our workload and size of the project. If you are in a rush please notify us. | |||||||||
| 5. Rough Draft/Layout: Here is the fun part! We create a draft of your project for you to view. Hopefully you love it but this is the time to critique the project and work out the kinks. We can provide additional proofs for you at your request but if you have a complete change of mind or want a completely different design than previously discussed there will be additional charges other than the original Estimate/Quote. | |||||||||
| 6. Approval: After making any necessary changes and proofreading the customer makes the final approval. They will view a "sample" of what the completed project will look like. The other 1/2 of the total cost (+ any extra approved costs) is due before the website goes live or promotional materials are printed. The customer will approve the project by a note sent with the payment and/or by email. | |||||||||
| 7. Completion: Site goes "Live" or Print materials are sent to the printer to be drop shipped to you. Any additional updates or maintenance not included in the project will be charged hourly and billed to the customer as needed. Thank You & We Appreciate Your Business!!!! | |||||||||
